Ventresca is the choice part of the tuna. This tuna is processed from fish coming only from the Atlantic Ocean and of adequate size to obtain the best fragrance possible.

Canadian wild salmon comes from the absolute best qualities: Red Sockeye, Pink and Keta, all Fancy grade. The salmon species you will enjoy in our products are protected by special repopulating programmes introduced in the last 20 years by the Canadian government based on the research and controls carried out by the bodies established for the safeguarding of this important resource.

Dolphin safe means that the fish used for our products comes from fishing boats which use only special procedures capable of defending these mammals.

Where do our products come from?

According to the availability and the quality of the product, their places of origin can differ widely. Our wild salmon comes from Canada, for example, the Yellowfin tuna from Spain, some types of olives from Greece, palmitos from Brazil.
